It had been too long since I had gone to a dentist. I had a tooth break and I was mortified. I found Dr. Watson online with lots of great reviews and he was one of the top 3 I called the next morning. In fact they were my first choice and call and they answered right away and got me in that afternoon! The entire team at their office was friendly and professional and Dr. Watson was great. Sadly my tooth needed a root canal to make it better and lucky for me Dr. Watson referred me to another great specialist who did a fantastic job. I look forward to staying with doctors Watson so I can keep a healthy mouth for as long as possible. Id HIGHLY recommend him and his team and am glad I got the opportunity to meet them.

Dr. Watson was very nice and easy to talk to. As a self pay patient, I was pleased with the fair pricing and the different options of dental procedures. I felt no pressure to do more than was necessary which was a welcome change. Julia the hygienist was thorough and gentle as I have some sensitive teeth and am a bit of a coward when it comes to dental procedures. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Watson since I was a teen and am still coming to him in my 30s. He is a great dentist with a great team!

Dr. Watson in my opinion is a very skilled professional dentist. I had several dental procedures completed by him during the past several months without any issues. He is very respectful of your dental needs and carries out the procedures in excellent fashion. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent dental care. His staff is very professional and kind with his patients which makes it a great experience when you need to make appointments or have insurance related questions. His assistant works well with Dr. Watson making it seamless dental work. 5 stars all day long.

Great guy, great Dentist. Called today with a tooth problem they squeezed me in at 2 pm! Highly recommend this office and Team! Update May 5, 2026. Whole family in for cleanings, excellent as always. Found some cavities. Placed a crown on me and pulled my son's molar, then a couple small cavities. Everything done with precision and care, great results! Can't recommend him and his great staff enough!!

This is the best Dentist office I have been to in my many years of experience. From the front desk to Dr Watson himself every person is polite, engaged and there to make you feel comfortable. This coupled with great work and reasonable prices have allowed me to catch up on dental work that I put on hold for too long. I never felt embarrassed or pressured to take any work recommendations on the spot, always time to consider the options was allotted. I have recieved multiple services from cleanings, fillings and even a crown to highlight what my review is based on. I waited to place a review until I was able to have multiple visits to accurately assess my true experience, and they never disappoint. Thank you all for the great experience, very glad I found your Office.

Best dentist office in Rochester! The staff, hygienist, and Dr. Watson were all so welcoming, informative, and so friendly. It was such a great experience and I never felt pushed to do additional procedures that isn't necessary so they can make more money out of you. They truly make you feel cared for! Everyone was so genuine and I was in and out within an hour and a half- exactly how long they estimated the procedure would be. Super impressed! Don't go anywhere else! 🦷⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Dentist has been great! Ive had a tough time finding the right place after moving back to Rochester. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is also comfortable and calming. Highly recommend!

The glowing Google reviews were hard to ignore…so I put my phobia of the dentist to one side and plucked up the courage and booked that appointment. The office has a calm and welcoming homely feel to it. Very unlike the surgeries I am used to in England. A lovely young lady named Cassie was my dental assistant. Cassie was great and managed to calm my nerves from 100 down to zero in a matter of minutes. What an absolute gem. Scott in my eyes is a magician. I literally felt nothing at all! My face looked like I’d had a few rounds with Mayweather but I’m over joyed that my phobia has finally vanished. I can’t rave enough about my dream team. Thank you Scott and Cassie. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
